- Degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.

- High level of commitment.
- Proven experience in pricing, product management, or commercial analysis.

- Advanced Excel and ERP/pricing software skills.
- Understanding of gross profit, cost structures, and market pricing dynamics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and procurement.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pricing Strategy & Development:
- Implement and maintain a consistent pricing strategy across all product lines.
- Ensure pricing aligns with gross profit targets and company financial goals.
- Recommend price adjustments based on market trends and internal profitability analysis.

Price List Management:
- Prepare, update, and distribute accurate price lists for all four divisions.
- Ensure timely rollout of price updates across relevant systems and departments.
- Annual reviews for pricing agreements and special customer conditions.

New Product Pricing:
- Price all new products in line with internal pricing models and margin requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Query & Support Management
- Handle pricing queries and disputes raised by sales representatives and internal teams.
- Provide quick and accurate resolution of pricing discrepancies.

Market Awareness:
- Conduct regular competitor price benchmarking to ensure market relevance.
- Adjust pricing or recommend actions where necessary to remain competitive.

System & Data Management:
- Maintain pricing data in ERP systems and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor gross profit performance by product/category/division and take corrective actions where required.

Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular pricing reports, highlighting concerns, risks, and opportunities.
- Alert management to any inconsistencies, margin erosion, or supply chain impacts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Area of residence – Randburg, Roodepoort or Sandton
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a relevant industry.
- Knowledge in the cargo industry is an advantage.
- Key account management experience will be advantageous.
- Matric or equivalent.
- Legal and valid driver’s license with no endorsements.
- South African Citizen.
- Well-spoken / good English.
- Afrikaans speaking is an advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Matric or equivalent.
- Completed or studying towards a marketing / business degree or diploma or have a proven track record with relevant experience will be advantageous.
- Must reside in or around Bloemfontein.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Manager.

ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES
- Establish and keep an up-to-date planning system for all customers.
- Lead, motivate and support a team of Customer Sales Consultants to achieve the group’s monthly and annual budgets.
- Accountable for the sales growth, profit margins as well as customer balance growth of each individual member in your group.
- Drive the company’s multichannel strategy within your group to ensure future prosperity.
- Manage, coach, and develop your sales team.
- Ensure all company communication is received by your sales team.
- Ensure your sales team is focused and implements the company’s current focus topics.
- Travel with Customer Sales Consultant’s 15 days a month.
- Complete all workout reports and all relevant administration tasks.
- Conduct monthly 1 on 1 meetings with each CSC and communicate all job expectations by reviewing, monitoring and addressing sales performance.
- Conduct monthly group month end meetings and include product training in these meetings.
- Ensure every team member knows what is required of them to achieve budget.
- Implement the company’s sales strategy in your group.
- Manage the growth and development of the group with regards to sales, customers and customer class development.
- Ensure business development in all relevant market segments are investigated and actioned.
- Embrace all aspects of the Würth culture and implement them in your daily activities by leading by example.
- Ensure a cohesive inter-departmental relationship is formed between the company and your sales team.
- Carry out market research and analysis of competitors.
- Build business relationships with large customers.
- Maintain a desirable fluctuation rate.
- Ensure all data for your sales team is kept up to date and accurate.
- Ensure all individual geographical areas are fair and have potential for growth.
- Adhere to company price increases and authorization of price discounts within your sales team.
- Recruitment and selection of new CSC’s as when required.
- Handle disciplinary issues in your group as and when required and carry out any disciplinary action required.
