Competencies: Good knowledge and understanding of the following: Prescripts of the correct utilization of the motor vehicle e.g. how and for what purposes can a motor vehicle be utilized, what is the requirements for storage of the vehicle; Good skills of numeracy, literacy, driving and computer literacy; Communication skills. 
 
DUTIES : Maintenance of the official vehicle being utilized, ensure that it is clean and serviced; Transport official and passengers to and from designated destination; Collect and deliver internal and external mail, deliver and collect various documents and parcels (per foot or vehicle); Keep and maintain a register of documentation received and delivered; Process and record all incoming correspondence; Assist with the opening and closing of files in line with prescripts; Deliver counter service and assist client; Keep records and stats of file requested on monthly basis; Maintain safety and confidentiality of all documents; Assist with administrative function of registry; Assist with general duties as required.
