Key Performance Areas: 
  • Lecture Power Electronics up to BEng Tech/ Advanced Diploma level 
  • Develop and regularly update Power Electronics curriculum and laboratory experiments up to the Advanced Diploma level in accordance with SAQA, CHE, and DHET requirements and maintain quality assurance. 
  • Coordinate all student programmes within the department as per required standard operating requirements.

  • Evidence of sustained publication record and ability to apply for NRF rating within the next cycle of applications. 
  • Evidence of successfully completed Masters research supervision and successful doctoral supervision.
