The purpose of this position is to provide remuneration management expertise that will facilitate the achievement of the attraction and retention of employees. The position is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution and implementation of remuneration project deliverables.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in remuneration and benefits environment
PREFERENCES
- Honours Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management or equivalent qualification would be an added advantage.
- Registration with a relevant professional body i.e. South African Rewards Association (SARA).
- Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) accreditation or equivalent.
- South African Board of Personnel Practitioners (SABPP) registration.
- Experience in the Higher Education sector would be an added advantage.

TEACHING AND LEARNING CENTRE
MANAGER: TEACHING WITH TECHNOLOGY

The purpose of this position is coordinate, steer and oversee the continuing introduction of e-learning and extension to other platforms such as mobile and virtual at the University, in pursuance of the aim of having a fully-fledged technology enabled campus.
KEY ACTIVITIES
• Staff Capacitation on Use of E-Learning Facilities
• Student Capacitation on Use of e-Learning and other technologies
• Policy Review and Development
• New Learning Management Systems
• E-learning Resource Maintenance
• Curriculum development and enhancement
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology or Education Technology.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in e-learning.
• Experience in project management.
