REQUIREMENTS
 NQF level 1/2 
 Code EB driving license (added Advantage) 
 6 months general work experience. 
 
Job Purpose: Perform labouring activities associated with the cleaning and maintenance of waste water purification through the application of specific procedures and attending to the removal and disposal of debris from components in accordance with laid down instructions. 
 
Key Performance Areas: 
 Executing specific instruction to address work in progress, 
 Performing labouring activities with the maintenance/ cleaning of pumps, inlets, channels etc.
 Providing labour support with water connections and repair of waste water systems/ pipe breakage. 
 Cleaning and removing blockages, debris and alien vegetation from drainage systems, 
 Trimming and mowing the verges, shrubs, etc. 
 Providing labouring support with water purification processes, 
 Add hoc duties,
