Minimum requirements: An appropriate recognized tertiary qualification• Three (3) years relevant experience • Computer literacy (MS Office) • Code EB driver's license 
 
Other requirements/skills: ● Analytical Skills● Research and report writing capability ● Sound and professional interpersonal skills ● Ability to give attention to detail ● Administrative and organisational skills ● Ability to function within a team, handle pressure and meet deadlines • Must be willing to work overtime • A good spoken and written command in at least two or three Western Cape official languages (Afrikaans, English and isiXhosa) 
 
Responsibilities: Annually review the Performance Management Policy • Coordinate the drafting and finalization the Top Layer and Departmental Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) • Assist with the completion of performance agreements of MSA section. 56 appointments and other managers • Coordinate the drafting and finalization the quarterly assessment reports • Coordinate drafting and finalization the mid-year performance assessment report • Coordinate drafting and finalization the annual performance report • Coordinate drafting and finalization the annual report • Administer the electronic performance management system • Assist with the compilation of external questionnaires • Assist with internal and external audit queries
