Office Administrator
Regional Training Centre

Job Summary:
The position of Office Administrator is responsible for assisting the Senior Manager: Regional Training Centre, as well as the RTC department with all administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective workflow in the department.
Key Performance Areas:
1. Conduct administrative function for Senior Manager: RTC and the department to ensure professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders
2. Ensure compliance and consistent application of Total Quality Management (TQM) within the RTC department
3. Maintain a relationship with other business areas, internal and external audit and other related compliance risk management functions
4. Prepare and assist with meetings and workshops, local and international.
5. Administration, tracing, recording and archiving of the training and training results, training attendance records, cost etc. according to the relevant regulations and legislation both internal and external
6. Administration around the booking of the training rooms
Job Summary:

7. Lending out of the training equipment and making sure it is back in the same condition it was lent out.
8. Assist the trainers wherever possible.
9. Up keep of the administrative side of Moodle -distance Learning site.
10. Execute procurement requirements after obtaining the necessary approval
11. Ensure confidential and efficient filing system for RTC department
12. Collaborate with various internal departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations13.
13. Coordinate office events, i.e. meetings; workshops; conferences etc including refreshments where applicable).
Minimum Requirements:
National Diploma in Administration or bachelor’s degree in Public Administration
• At least two (2) years relevant experience in a similar role i.e. knowledge and experience in administration of a training centre
• Excellent computer proficiency and business writing skills are essential

10. Excellent and proven research and analytical skills
