INTERNAL VACANCIES
TEAM LEADER (LEVEL 08) X4
Salary: R 413 001 – R 486 501 p.a. exclusive of benefits
Location: Queenstown (Whittlesea) (Ref. SAS 39/2026); Lusikisiki (Ref. SAS 40/2026); Fort Beaufort (Ref. SAS 41/2026); Engcobo (Ref. SAS 42/2026)
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a qualification at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA in the following disciplines: Public Administration / Business Administration / Economics / Development Studies / Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Social Sciences / Social Security, coupled with 3 years’ supervisory experience in Social Security. Computer literacy and valid driver’s license is essential.
Duties: The incumbent will be responsible for coordination and supervision of various functional areas within the Local Office; Promote Service Delivery initiatives to improve efficiency; Implement norms and standards in the grants value chain; Management of staff at lower levels.

Important notes: All these positions are advertised with the minimum requirements. Appointments will be subject to a compulsory pre-employment screening in the form of qualification, reference, ITC, criminal checks, technical test and compulsory competency assessment.
