MANAGER: ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICE 
Salary: R 744,255 - 876,705 p.a. Inclusive of benefits 
Location: Johannesburg District Office (Ref: GP/SAS 10/02/2022) 
 
Candidates should hold B. Degree/Diploma (NQF Level 6 or 7 with the minimum credits 360) coupled with 1-2 years management experience in the relevant field; knowledge of SASSA’s Constitutional mandate, relevant policies and legislation in Public Management; Knowledge of social security management and poverty alleviation matters. Computer and a valid driver’s license are essential. 
 
The incumbent will Provide leadership and management to the unit, Manage human capital management services in the District, Manage the rendering of budget, financial accounting and supply chain management services, Manage general support services in the District Office, Manage and lead team, Provide advice on administrative support services. Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, and Part 3). 
 
 
Preference will be given to: 
 African Female / People with Disability and followed by Coloured Female and White Female respectively as at the time of appointment.

Salary: R176 310 – R 207 681 p.a. inclusive of benefits 
Location: Gauteng Regional Office: Office of the REM (Ref: GP/SAS 06/02/2022) 
 
The candidate should have a Senior Certificate; 0-1 year working experience; Computer literacy is essential; a post matric qualification (NQF Level 6 or 7 with the minimum 360 credits) as well as a valid driver’s licence will serve as an added advantage. 
 
The incumbent will render general clerical support services, Provide supply chain clerical support services within the sub-unit, Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the sub-unit and Provide financial administration and Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, and Part 3)

The candidate should hold a three year National Diploma (NQF Level 6 with the minimum credits 360) or Degree (NQF Level 7) with 2- 3 years Administrative experience; Computer literacy is essential and a valid driver’s licence will serve as an added advantage. 
 
The incumbent will be responsible for providing secretarial support services; provide administrative support services; Assist with the development, formatting and finalization of documentation; Manage the document flow and filing system; Assist with matters pertaining to internal budgeting, financial management and Human resource administration; Assist with internal management processes; Assist with matters pertaining procurement and provisioning; and other functions as delegated by the General Manager.
