Manager: Facilities Management and Auxiliary Support X 2 (Six (6) months contract)
Salary: R733 257 — R863 748 p.a. inclusive of benefits 
Location: Gauteng Regional Office (Ref: GP 01/09/19)
 
The candidate should hold a relevant three year National Diploma/ B Degree in Project Management and/or Finance and/or Supply Chain Management and/or Public Administration coupled with 1-2 years management experience in Facilities Management and Auxiliary Support. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, OHS, GIAMA, Project Management and Building Industry Regulations as well as any other relevant regulations; Computer literacy is essential and a valid driver's license will be an added advantage.


The incumbent will coordinate and implement the Local Office Improvement Programme in the Region; Ensure the development and implementation of a maintenance plan; Ensure that 100% valid lease agreement and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) are renewed before the date of expiry; Monitor implement infrastructure Plan; Manage maintenance fixed assets data base; Facilitate the improvement ofLocal Offices in the Region, in line with the new model; Manage Service Level Agreement (SLA); Coordinate and monitor payments of monthly rental offices and municipal services; Manage the sub-unit's performance; Providing inputs to the budget and monitor expenditure patterns; Monitor of lease on oracle property module; Ensure effective management of all operations within the unit such as Occupational Health and Safety, Transport and Registry function within Facilities Management and Auxiliary Support;  Ensure the rendering of auxiliary support services in the Region; Ensure that a proper document management system is implemented and maintained in the Region; Provide leadership and management to the unit; Manage resources.
 
 
 
 
 
Clerk: Facilities Management and Auxiliary Support X 4 posts (Six (6) months contract)
Salary: R173 703.00 p.a + 37% in lieu of benefits 
Location: Gauteng Regional Office (Ref: GP 02/09/19)
 
The candidate should hold a Matric/Grade 12 Certificate plus 0-1 year working experience in the Facilities Management and Auxiliary Support Services environment. Computer literacy is essential and a valid driver's license will be an added advantage.
 
The incumbent will render clerical support services pertaining to facilities management and auxiliary support services in the Region. Assist with the administrative functions pertaining to transport within the Region. Assist with the administrative support services in the Registryunit. Render services through 3rd parties (Cleaning, catering etc.) and make travel arrangements. Record, store, capture and retrieve correspondence and data. Update registers and statistics. Handle routine enquiries. Distribute documents to various stakeholders as required. Type letters and/or other correspondence when required. Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing document register of the unit and ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, Part 3)
