- Provide support to the Segment Director in preparation for internal and external meetings, including presentations.
- Co-ordinate information concerning progress and programs of various management committees and other relevant internal stakeholders.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure that all work conducted is in line with set standard and comply with defined processes and procedures.
- Develop, implement and monitor a new reporting ethos that focuses on standardisation and uniformity.

- Manage the risk register and coordinate Audit processes on behalf of the Director.
- Monitor and coordinate the implementation of resolutions from Management meetings.
- Prepare and co-ordinate submissions for quarterly and periodic reporting with the responsible portfolio committees, steercoms, etc.
- Prepare and manage all reports, correspondence and documents, including the monitoring of the document management system.
- Provide professional input and support in preparing reports as well as Segment reports, submissions and approvals.
- Provide quality assurance for Segment reports, as well as taking minutes for divisional meetings.
- Provide strategic support to the Director on the day-to-day office management.

- Develop and execute tactical criminal investigation strategy and delivery plans that are aligned with National criminal investigation Strategy.
- Liaise & coordinate with key stakeholders, NPA in terms of the memorandums of understanding (MOU) between SARS, SAPS & NPA & sub-divisions (Special Investigations Unit (SIU); Asset Forfeiture Unit (AFU) & Department Special Ops (DSO Scorpions).
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data on the national case management system (CMS) for criminal investigations.

About the Position
Join our Project Management team as a Project Coordinator, where you will support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating activities, monitoring milestones, and maintaining high-quality project documentation. This role offers the opportunity to work within structured PMO methodologies, engage with diverse stakeholders, and apply practical judgement to identify risks and support informed decision-making. Job Purpose
To coordinate and support projects, assist with managing and maintaining customer relations, project documentation and monitoring of project milestones / tasks according to agreed project plans.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
National Diploma / Advanced Certificate (NQF 6) preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management/ Administration or related qualification AND 2 - 3 years’ experience within a project management environment, of which 1 - 2 years at a knowledge worker level worker level.
Alternative #
Senior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 5 years’ related experience within a project management environment, of which 1 - 2 years at a knowledge worker level.
