​CATHSSETA INTERNSHIP: GRADUATES PROGRAMME 
12 MONTHS CONTRACT 
STIPEND: R6500 
 
Robben Island Museum’s graduate internship programme is a structured work-based initiative developed in partnership with CATHSSETA. It is designed to provide practical on-the-job training to graduates from institutions of higher learning, including universities and universities of technology, this initiative supports national efforts to reduce youth unemployment by equipping graduates with relevant work experience and professional skills needed for future employment. 
Successful candidates will enter a twelve (12) months internship contract. The Graduates will enter a contract with RIM and be placed within the relevant departments within the museum for the duration of the internship. 
This programme offers opportunities to graduates that have qualified in the following disciplines.

Diploma: Information Technology: Networking (NQF 6) – 2 - Diploma in Information 09/2025
 
Advanced Certificate in Business Management (NQF 6) – 3 – Advanced Certificate in Business Management 09/2025
