Purpose: The Manager: Training Support is responsible for the administration of training materials, ensuring a high quality, cost effective, efficient and legally compliant service is provided to enable the delivery of quality training.
Requirements: •Matric (NQF Level 4) •Relevant Bachelors’ Degree (NQF Level 7) or Equivalent •Relevant Honours Degree or Equivalent (NQF Level 8) will be advantageous •6-8 years’ experience in a Training Management environment of which 3 years must be at a Supervisory role

Duties: •Develop and ensure the implementation of Training Support policies, processes and procedures aligned to the set policy •Ensure that up skilling programmes training attendance registers are captured and recorded into the relevant system •Ensure that all training records are updated within set timelines •Ensure that training material are printed, prepared and delivered to lecturing and facilitating staff within set processes and timelines

•Ensure that assessment material is printed, prepared and delivered to lecturing and facilitating staff within set security processes •Ensure that all training material and equipment are available for training and facilitation purposes •Ensure that the LIMS is implemented and updated on a regular basis within the Academy •Ensure the maintenance of data collection systems, processes and frameworks in the Academy •Ensure that the Academy has accurate, current and useful management information •Compile reports based on identified patterns and trends •Manage the Unit through the development and implementation of operational plan •Manage Human Resources •Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
