Purpose of the Job: To ensure efficient administrative support in Human Capital Department.

Qualification & Experience
  • NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) related qualification in Human Resources.
  • Relevant 3 years' experience in Human Resources Administration.
 
Technical and behavioural competencies required
  • SAP HCM.
  • Knowledge of Recruitment/ Selection Processes and Procedures.
  • Extensive Administration experience.
  • Report writing.
  • Logistics coordination.
  • Analyse and evaluate data to resolve problems.
  • Work under time deadlines.
  • Proofread material for discrepancies and maintain a high degree of attention to detail.

Remuneration
A total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R415 542.00 
per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
