Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: Governance and Reporting, the successful incumbent will be responsible for collating strategic organisational information, interpret, edit and write business plans, reports, presentations and internal and external memos for the strategy and reporting unit. Assist in the development of the 5 years Strategic Plan and Annual Operational plans and assist business with implementation of strategic organisational plans. Compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the actual achievement of the predetermined objectives.

Key Performance Areas
- Develop strategic plan and APP.
- Compile and write business reports for the Strategy and Reporting Unit, including strategy documents, annual performance plans, annual reports, reports as may be required by various internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct necessary interviews and fact checking of the information that needs to be conveyed.
- Design style guidelines in consistency with business needs.
Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma @ NQF Level 7 in Business Administration qualification.
- Relevant 5 – 7 years' experience in corporate business writing environment of which 2 years must have been on supervisory level.
- Good understanding of claims process, understanding of all aspects of business (ICT environment, Human Capital processes, interpretation of financial information and all aspects of governance processes).

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R668 907.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
