Purpose of the Job: To manage the registration and verification team to ensure that claims are registered and verified effectively and efficiently.
Key Performance Areas
· Ensure effective and efficient supervision of sub-ordinates.
· Ensure implementation of continuous improvements initiatives to enhance service delivery.
· Compile and submit report on the performance of the section.
· Ensure adherence to corporate governance within the section.

Purpose of the Job: To manage the registration and verification team to ensure that claims are registered and verified effectively and efficiently.

· Ensure effective and efficient human resource management.
· Split Loss of Support/Funeral Claims where needed (Locus standi issues).
· Maintains and update necessary registers on a regular basis as per procedure manual.
Qualifications & Experience
· B Degree or Advanced Diploma @ NQF Level 7 or equivalent.
· Relevant 5 years' experience in claims/legal environment of which 2 years is on supervisory level.
· Exposure to insurance environment.
· Knowledge of law and MVA procedures.
· Knowledge of case law.
Technical & behavioural competencies required
· Computer literacy.
· Good business acumen (resource, financial and general management).

Remuneration
At the cost to company of minimum package applicable to this position is R591 298.00 per annum, and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
