Purpose of the Job:  Reporting to the General Manager: Supply Chain Management, the successful incumbent's responsibility will be to provide effective, efficient and responsive administrative and logistical services to the General Manager.

Key Performance Areas
·         Provide effective and efficient office management and administrative functions.
·         Act as liaison between the Office of the General Manager, clients, internal and external stakeholders and staff.
·         Assist the General Manager in the management of the office budget.
·         Develop and maintain document management systems.
·         Take dictation and minutes and typing minutes, letters and memos.
·         Conduct research.
·         Report, review and quality assure all documents that are submitted for the General Manager's attention.
·         Prepare travel arrangements for the General Manager.
·         Assist and coordinate departmental/ divisional projects.
·         Create and manage purchase requisitions and ensure timeous payment of purchase orders.
·         Organize and maintain diary and make appointments.

 
Qualifications and Experience
·         National Diploma in Office Administration @ NQF Level 6.
·         Certificate in relation to the functional discipline will be an added advantage.
·         Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
·         Above average Computer Literacy.
·         SAP experience will be an added advantage.
·         At least 3 years working experience as a PA/ Secretary in similar environment, of which 1 year should have been rendered for Senior Management, is a prerequisite.

Remuneration 
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R349 998.00 per annum, negotiable.
 
 
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
