Purpose of the role:
To provide legal advice on general property, corporate and commercial law matters and transactions; and investment legal advisory of the PIC.
Requirements:
- LLB degree
- Between 3 - 5 years post admission experience specifically in corporate and property law and investment management
- Admitted attorney of the High Court Admission as a Notary and Conveyancer is advantageous
- Detail Knowledge of Asset Management (with specific reference to Property Management) and Property Law
- Ability to undertake research
Duties:
- Conduct legal research, provide opinions and advises in respect of corporate/commercial and property law matters and investment legal advisory
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements of property and commercial and ancillary transactions
- Manage and assist with legal Due Diligence
- Identify new and amendments to investment legislation that impact PIC and advise and assist with implementation.
- Manage and assist with litigation of the PIC
- Advice on policies and procedures pertaining to Properties
- Manage conveyancing aspects of Properties
- Assist with projects of the PIC.
- Manage legal instructions and attorneys on the panel
- Provide training to staff

Purpose of the role:
To provide legal advice on general corporate and commercial law matters; and other legal advisory of the PIC.
Requirements:
- LLB degree
- Admitted attorney of the High Court with between 3-5 years post articles experience
- Corporate/commercial legal advisory
- Litigation experience
- Comfortable with technology due to digitization of processes.
Duties:
- Conduct legal research, provide opinions and advice in respect of corporate/commercial law
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements of corporate/commercial/operations including information technology
- Participate in and provide legal advisory in PIC corporate projects
- Manage and assist with corporate litigation of the PIC
- Identify new and amendments to legislation that impact PIC and advise and assist with implementation.
- Understanding of technology law and privacy
- Advise on FAIS and related legislation
- Manage legal instructions and attorneys on the panel
- Oversee contract management process at Legal and manage contract management process in respect of concluded agreements in corporate legal
- Governance including policies review and management
- Provide training and awareness to staff
- Any other function under corporate legal as requested.

Purpose of the role:
Assist in the ESG development of frameworks and generate reports that inform stakeholders about a company's ESG performance, facilitating informed investment and operational decisions.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- ESG related (Environmental, Governance or Social) Honours degree
- 5-7 years’ experience in an ESG role
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/ MBL or ESG related Masters qualification (advantageous)

Minimum Technical/Core Skill Requirement
- Corporate governance
- Understanding of Environmental, and/or social legislative framework
