DEPARTMENTAL MISSION
To provide strategic and operational leadership for regional property operations and asset developments.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Finance, or related commercial field.
• Honours Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Finance, or related commercial field.
• Valid Driver’s license.
 
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in property or asset management, of which 5 years must be at senior management role.
 
ADDED ADVANTAGE
• Masters Degree in Asset Management, MBA, or Property Development.
• Active involvement in regional real estate networks or forums.
• Registered with a recognised body (e.g. SAPOA, SAIBPP, RICS).

DEPARTMENTAL MISSION
To manage regional tenant billing and receipting processes to ensure accurate invoicing, effective revenue collection, and compliance with Intersite’s financial policies and performance targets.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 Certificate.
• National Diploma in Financial Accounting / Finance / Accounting/Auditing/ Cost and Management Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Driver’s license.
 
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in debtors / creditors management in a corporate or public sector environment.
 
ADDED ADVANTAGE
• Degree in Accounting / Financial Management / Finance/ Auditing, or Cost and Management Accounting.
• Membership with the Institute of Credit Management (ICM) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MFMA, POPIA, and municipal billing frameworks.

DEPARTMENTAL MISSION
Manages tenant billing, collections, reconciliations, and ageing reports to support accurate revenue recovery and credit performance.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 Certificate.
• National Diploma in Financial Accounting / Finance / Accounting / Auditing/ Cost and Management Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Driver’s license.
 
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in debtors / creditors management in a corporate or public sector environment (2 years’ experience must at least be in a similar role within the property or commercial leasing sector) of which 2 years must be at a supervisory level.
 
ADDED ADVANTAGE
• Degree in Accounting / Financial Management /Finance/ Auditing /Cost and Management Accounting.
• PFMA compliance training or certification.
• SAICA/SAIPA/ACCA or relevant industry affiliation.
