Requirements :

Duties :
  • Open patient files, proper records management system, file and retrieve folders. Direct patients to different service points, Registration of patients. Record admission statistics. Accurate data capturing on computer. Administration duties. Sort patient records. Book patients for clinic appointments. Record waiting time, File patients results Work with data captures to collect data daily and check data quality. Perform all other duties delegated by Supervisor/Manager.

Ensure good clinical practice for prevention of injuries and non- natural deaths to promote quality of care as directed by quality standard of care and professional bodies scope of practise. Promote stakeholders’ collaboration, Provision of effective support to CFMS facilities at sub-district level. Coordinate, Support, monitor and evaluate program related activities including awareness campaigns, trainings and research. Relief duties of the Assistant Manager, partake in overall specialized unit functions, i.e. meetings, team building and debriefing. Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self-development and development of staff members. Generate weekly and monthly reports.

Duties :
  • Ability to plan and organize own work, time, and that of support teams to ensure proper implementation of the programme. Alert Health care workers and Managers on Surveillance activities. Support, Monitor and Evaluate Notifiable Disease Surveillance in the District. Liaise with Provincial Surveillance officers, EPI /CDC, programs (Environmental and Port Health, Infection Prevention and Control, Health Promotion and Nutrition), Facility Managers, hospitals including NICD particularly for tests and results when necessary. Support activities to improve quality of surveillance for targeted EPI /CDC priority conditions (conduct record reviews, obtaining clinical notes, cold chain maintenance) .Conduct regular active surveillance visits to health Facilities within the district according to the priority level of facilities. Coordinate case investigation and outbreak response. Duties :

Provide nutrition. Assist with elimination process. Measure, interpret and record vital signs. Assist professional nurses with clinical procedures. Preparation of patients for diagnostic and surgical procedures. Maintain the code of conduct as required in the Public Service. Perform all other duties delegated by Supervisor/Manager within scope of practice.
