POST(S): MEDIA LIAISON OFFICER
Salary: R 697 011.00 per annum (all inclusive package)
Center: Pretoria (Groenkloof)
 
 
Purpose of the job:  To develop, manage and implement policy and strategy for media liaison functions for the NCC
 
Key responsibilities
• Develop, implement and monitor strategies, and procedures for effective promotion of the NCC to the public
• Liaise with media on behalf of the Commission on matters affecting the public
• Advise the Commission on media related matters
• Facilitate the development of information material and publications
• Provide professional support to the divisional units regarding media questions
• Stakeholder management
 
Minimum Qualifications:  National Diploma/B.Degree in Public Relations/ Communications and EB driver's licence
 
Minimum Experience:  6 years managerial experience in private or public sector.
 
Training:  Computer Literacy: MS Office Package Literacy and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
