Requirements

Purpose:

The Nandoca Experience Specialist Support manages and maintains existing Nandoca Experience initiatives and supports their embedding across the Company, including Nandoca communication and wellness.

 

Qualifications

Minimum:

·       Relevant HR qualification (NQF Level 7)

Advantageous:

·       Degree in Industrial Psychology or equivalent (NQF Level 7)

Legal Requirements:

·       Valid Driver’s Licence

 

Knowledge & Skills

 

Intermediate:

·       Project management techniques and methodologies

·       Change management processes

·       Various communication platforms, such as WhatsApp

·       Experience in the wellness space

 

 

 

Experience

Minimum:

·       2–3 years’ experience in employee engagement

 

Key Responsibilities

Nandoca Experience Communication:

·       Support the delivery and distribution of all department notifications via the notifications platform

 

WhatsApp Line Management:

·       Manage communication for both corporate and franchisee WhatsApp lines

·       Manage the communication calendar with departments

·       Liaise with the service provider regarding daily sends

·       Manage daily sends and bill tracking

·       Reporting and billing management

 

Nandoca Wellness Programme Management:

·       Support the delivery and enhancement (where applicable) of the Nandoca wellness calendar, both in Casa and at CK

·       Manage communications relating to relevant initiatives

 

Brand Induction & Onboarding:

·       Coordinate quarterly brand induction days

·       Facilitate and manage facilitation schedules

·       Manage costs in line with the budget

·       Ensure content is updated and relevant

·       Support Restaurant Support Nandoca management and onboarding

 

Resource Management:

·       Manage the department’s resources, including those of L&D

·       Manage and distribute materials as required

·       Manage and distribute training uniforms as required

·       Manage the storeroom and its contents

·       Manage documentation, such as learner agreements
