SENIOR MANAGER: HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION
All-inclusive remuneration package of R1 057 326 per annum

The Municipal Demarcation Board requires the services of a qualified and interested person to serve as Senior Manager: Human Resources and Administration
Minimum Requirements:
A Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Management/ Public Administration
A minimum 5 years’ experience at a middle management level obtained within Human Resources Management environment
Knowledge and experience of Human Resources Management Legislative Framework
Competencies:
Good Leadership Skills, Strategic Planning Management, People Management, Change management, Presentation, Financial Management, Policy development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities and Functions:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following functions but not limited to:
Responsible for all HR Administration, labour relations and legislative compliance.
Ensure the design and implementation of HR strategies, Policies and Processes.
Responsible for the development, implementation, administration and coordination of key strategic and operational processes pertaining to human resources activities.
Align the Human Resources Management structures with the business goals and external demands.
Manage the provision of human resources management function i.e. recruitment & selection, training & development, occupational health and safety, employee wellness, human resources administration. Labour/employee relations, employment equity.
Manage service benefits and conditions.
Facilitate the alignment of individual and organisational performance.
Develop and monitor the implementation of a staffing plan to source, select, appoint and place suitably qualified and best suited candidate for the advertised positions.
Develop, implement and review the HR Plan which will support the MDB’s Business Strategy.
Oversee the implementation of the performance management process.
