REQUIREMENTS : A 3 year NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resource related field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR policy development environment. DUTIES : Oversee the development, reviewal and implementation of human resource policies and guidelines. Develop, review and implement Departmental Employment Equity Plan and EE Reports. Develop, review and implement Human Resource Plan and HR Plan reports. Ensure the development, implementation and reporting of the departmental Service Delivery Improvement Plan and Service Commitment Charter. Oversee and implement special projects strategies (Disability, Diversity, Youth and Gender). Ensure effective and efficient supervision of all resources allocated and adherence to policies
