PERMANENT
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12/ Matric or Equivalent.
Higher Certificate in Supply Chain/Logistics or NQF Level 6 or related fields
Up to 2 years relevant experience
Key Performance Areas:
Ensures timely management of bid activities
Administratively assist in the appointment of the various committees
Performs full administrative function for the tendering process
Assists in compiling/ formatting bid documentation
Assists in facilitating tender briefings
Schedules committee meetings
Assists in preparing packs for committee meetings
Compiles minutes at committee meetings
Prepares and circulates minutes/ reports after committee meetings
Ensures all documentation is in a centralized repository and filed
Ensures communication of outcomes of tender evaluation to bidders
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Performs general administrative work for the SCM department as and when required, within reason
Actively participates and manages own performance levels
Ensures regular one-on-one meetings are requested with manager to discuss progress of individual areas of accountability
Communicates with internal and external customers to address and resolve queries
Ensures that stakeholders’ expectations are understood and managed
Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders
Recognises the impact of engaging with stakeholders at the right level
Defines the formal and informal stakeholder liaison channels
Communicates appropriate information and status updates/reports to relevant stakeholders and stakeholder group.
