The successful candidate’s duties will include the following: 
• Provide an extensive administrative support by handling queries, dealing with call efficiently and providing professional client interaction. 
• Organises diaries, meetings, itineraries and collate all required information.

Qualifications:
• Matric with a Secretarial/Office Administration/ Office Management Diploma. 
• Three (3) years administrative and secretarial experience to Senior Management.

Reporting to the Manager: IT Operations & Compliance and Manager: Financial/Special Projects, the ICT Internal Auditor will conduct ICT audit reviews to ensure that an organisation’s risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively. 
 
The Internal Auditor will: 
• Improve customer perception. 
• Improve communication and engagement with internal audit. 
• Manage allocated time for each project. 
• Create and maintain good professional relationship with clients and team members. 
• Conduct detailed ICT audit planning in line with methodology. 
• Conduct ICT audit fieldwork. 
• Conduct audit reporting. 
• Conduct QAR compliance review on file for assigned projects and peer review of files for another team member. 
• Assist as part of Quality Assurance Team. 
• Provide weekly status update to the Manager/Supervisor for assigned project.

The following minimum requirements should be met in order to be considered: 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree at NQF 7 in Financial Information Systems/Information Technology/IT auditing/ Computer Science or related field. 
 
Experience:
• Three (3) years of experience in Information Systems Auditing performing/assisting in the following audits: o IT General Control Reviews 
o Application Controls Reviews 
• ISACA Membership. 
 
Requisite Functional Competencies: 
• Computer literacy (Ms office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 
• Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of accounting and auditing.

DATA ANALYST – C5

Reporting to the Manager: Applications, a Data Analyst will analyse and maintain data ensuring the quality and accuracy of that data and providing the technical expertise to help business make better decisions. 
 
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will be to: 
• Collect and maintain data including data creation, updates, and clean-up. 
• Quality assurance of data. 
• Commission and decommissioning of data sets. 
• Provide input in designing the reporting environment that includes data sources, security, and metadata.

SENIOR VALUER: CREDIT RISK – C5 
GROUP RISK COMPLIANCE & LEGAL

Reporting to the Divisional Manager: Credit Risk, the Senior Valuer will ensure that fixed assets taken/considered as security by Ithala are properly valued and that Ithala loan book is adequately secured 
 
The Senior Valuer will: 
• Independently determine appropriate asset values in respect of residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties. 
• Provide project management support/advice for construction development loans funded by Business Finance. 
• Review and ensure accuracy, validity and reliability of external valuations performed by external service providers and provide input. 
• Provide expert advice on disposal by private sale, formal/informal tender, or auction sales. 
• Maintain and manage database of all asset valuations. 
• Conduct industry related research and development on an ongoing basis to identify latest market trends within the Property industry. 
 
The following minimum requirements should be met in order to be considered: 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Property Studies/Real Estate or relevant experience. 
• Eight (8) years’ experience in Property Valuation for different types of properties. 
• Must be registered with the South African Council of Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) as a Professional Valuer/ Professional Associate Valuer. 
• Membership of the South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV) would be advantageous. 
• Valid Driver’s Licence and own transport is essential. 
 
Requisite Functional Competencies 
• Computer Literacy (MS Office). 
• Knowledge of legislation pertaining to IDFC. 
• Sound knowledge of valuation methods. 
• Knowledge of Principles of Property Law and Law in Valuation.
