Reporting to the Group Chief Executive, the Office Manager will act as a trusted advisor and operator for the Group Chief Executive (GCE) by providing high-level strategic support to the GCE in planning, executing, and ensuring the success of the GCE’s mandate. To serve as a liaison between GCE and executives and business units; organise and coordinate internal and external efforts. 
 
The Office Manager will: 
• Manage a variety of special projects for the GCE. 
• Prepare presentations and reports for GCE for EXCO and Board meetings. 
• Facilitate GCE’s performance contracting and appraisals. 
• Implement GCE action plans to mitigate strategic risks. 
• Serve as the GCE’s administrative liaison with Executives. 
• Provide high-level strategic support to the GCE. 
• Proactively participate in business efficiency improvement forums and play an active role in the change initiatives process. 
• Collaborate and drive interaction as well as communication between the GCE, Communications department and the media. 
• Compile speaker notes or presentations for GCE for special events, workshops, media events, stakeholder engagements, etc. 
• Ensure capital expenditure and operational expenditure spend is in line with the fiscal budget for the office of the GCE. 
• Manage Human Capital. 
 
The following minimum requirements should be met in order to be considered: 
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business Administration or related field or an equivalent qualification at an NQF Level 7. 
• Post graduate degree will serve as an advantage. 
 
Experience:
• 5 - 8 years management experience within business administration and office management environment, of which 3 years should be at a senior management/strategic level. 
 
Requisite Functional Competencies 
• Computer Literacy (Ms office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 
• Knowledge and experience in financial planning and forecasting. 
• Knowledge and understanding of Public Management Act.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager: Human Capital Management, the Employee Relations Specialist will enhance employee relations, manage disciplinary matters and dispute and coordinate substantiate negotiation processes. 
 
The Employee Relations Specialist will: 
• Facilitate and manage grievances efficiently and in line with relevant prescripts. 
• Facilitate and manage Disciplinary Enquiry processes timeously within specified timeframe. 
• Facilitate and manage dispute processes. 
• Adhere to Labour Relations provisions regarding full compliance. 
• Facilitate Labour Relations training and support. 
• Facilitate and manage Employee relations processes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Employee Relations/LLB or equivalent.

Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, the Group Chief Financial Officer will advise and provide strategic direction on long-term business and financial planning as well as direct processes for policy implementation, financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. 
 
The Group Chief Financial Officer will: 
• Develop and lead implementation of the business unit’s strategic and operational plans, policies, and procedures. 
• Manage and direct procedures and processes associated with preparation, consolidation and performance evaluation of the organisation’s capital and operating budgets and financial statements. 
• Ensure financial sustainability and viability of IDFC by proper management of budgets. 
• Provide financial advice in relation to the organisation’s overall financial position, financial viability and financial sustainability. 
• Align capital and operating budgets estimations with the key deliverables and organisational priorities, present budgets for inclusion into committee and board presentation for final approval. 
• Prepare and submit budget statement to Treasury or equivalent within stipulated time frames. 
• Manage and oversee implementation of the accounting systems and functions. 
• Lead and oversee effective reporting frameworks within the organisation. 
• Support Human Capital Management in terms of Payroll Management. 
• Ensure that all audit (Internal and external) matters are addressed timeously, providing necessary documentation as and when needed. 
• Lead mobilisation of funding for approved projects and ensure that funds are invested in accordance with the investment policy and monitor performance/risks associated with investments. 
• Ensure that procurement planning takes place and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. 
• Ensure IDFC has an established and effective supply chain management system. 
• Build and create strategic partnerships with all key stakeholders for IDFC. 
• Manage Human Capital.

Qualifications:
• Post Graduate Financial Qualification i.e., BCom (Accounting) with Financial and Management Accounting or equivalent. 
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (NQF 7) 
• CA (SA) registration as a qualified Charted Accountant is essential. 
 
Experience:
• Ten (10) years of experience in a Senior Financial Accounting and Treasury role, of which seven (7) years should be at a senior management/strategic level. 
• Three (3) years of exposure in Supply Chain Management function would be desirable 
• In-depth knowledge and application of finance management in the Development Finance Institution (DFI’s) would be advantageous.

Reporting to the Senior Accounts Manager: Agriculture, the Accounts Manager will proactively source and provide service to agricultural market and support the optimal management of agriculture book profitability in line with business objective and goals. • Identify sales opportunities and proactively market and pursue new investment opportunities within the sector.
