· Social infrastructure (e.g. Education, Health, Justice, Economic, Environment, Energy) knowledge
· Social infrastructure development norms and standards
· Social infrastructure development approaches
· methodologies and tools.
Desired Experience & Qualification
· Minimum of a National Diploma (NQF level 6) in the Built Environment i.e. Building Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Construction Management.
· A minimum of 4 years’ project / programme management experience preferably in the built environment
· A formal qualification in Project Management.
· Registration with South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as PrCM / PrCMP will be an added advantage.
· Candidate to be legible to be professionally registered within 12 Months after appointment.
· An unendorsed Code EB (Code 08) drivers licence or equivalent.
