RISK COMPLIANCE OFFICER (12 MONTHS CONTRACT)
JOB LEVEL : B4
SALARY: Total Annual Package (CTC) – R241,822.00
LOCATION: ICASA (Head Office – Sandton relocating to Centurion in
October 2018)
POSITION STATUS : 12 months contract
Purpose of the job
â— To support divisions/Departments in complying with the regulatory requirements (laws, regulations and supervisory requirements (rules, codes and self-regulatory organisational standards) applicable to the ICASA â— Facilitating the implementation, management and maintenance of the compliance methodology planning, coordination and consultation, and strategic initiatives â— Associated with international affairs consultation on spectrum planning matters.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Specialist: Risk and Compliance Management, and their responsibilities will include: â— Compliance risk identification and Assessment â— Compliance Monitoring â— Compliance Reporting and Communication â— Conduct research, training, workshops or presentations on topical matters.
Qualifications and Experience: â— 3 or 4 year Degree or Diploma in Auditing, Business Management or Law â— Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant practical compliance management experience â— Understanding of legislations, ICASA Act , Broadcasting Act, PFMA, King Reports on Corporate Governance principles (King III and IV, PAIA, POPI, etc.,) â— Computer literate in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
