JOB TITLE SUPERVISOR: PROCUREMENT 
JOB LEVEL : C4 
SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R490, 546.00 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office- Eco Park, Centurion) 
POSITION STATUS : Permanent 
 
 
Purpose of the job 
To ensure that the RFQ procurement processes are executed and maintained according National Treasury Regulations and to ensure uninterrupted service delivery to Divisions. 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Supply Chain Management and their responsibilities will include: ● Supervising Procurement office, Travel Office and Inventory ● Assist in the drafting and updating policies, procedures and standard operation processes ● Internal Control/Risk Management ● Facilitate improvements in financial management ● Administration of RFQ’s ● Human Resources Management. 
 
Qualifications and Experience â— Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or Finance Degree or similar qualification related to Supply Chain Management (NQF Level 7) ● 3-4 Years’ Experience in Supply Chain Management ● Knowledge of National Treasury Instructions and Guidelines ● Knowledge of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000 (Act No. 5 of 2000) ● Consistent with the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003(Act No. 53 of 2003).
