Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Senior Manager: Social & Digital Media the successful incumbent will be accountable to provide effective, efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical services to the office of the Senior Manager Social & Digital Media.
Key Performance Areas
- Provide office administration and support.
- Perform procurement administration and management.
- Manage Senior Management meetings (schedules, agenda and minutes).
- Develop and manage a follow up plan on meeting resolutions and matters.
- Manage the telephones on behalf of the Senior Manager.
- Manage e-mail and scanning correspondence on behalf of the Senior Manager.
- Ensure that the filing system is up-to-date and functional at all times.
- Ensure confidentiality of all documents under control and that correspondence from the Manager's office reaches intended recipients.
- Manage Social and Digital Media administration.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Advanced Certificate @ NQF Level 6 in Office Administration or Management related qualification.
- Diploma or Advanced Certificate @ NQF Level 6 in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Relevant 2 years' Administration experience in the Social and Digital Marketing/ Marketing or Communications environment.
- Experience on SAP and Procurement process.
- Personal Mastery.

- Excellent computer skills.
- Exceptional communication (written, verbal, listening).

- SAP – Procurement process.

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R270 525.00 per annum, negotiable.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
