DIVISIONAL ASSISTANT: POLICY, RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
JOB LEVEL : B4
SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R263,104.00 - R328,880.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office- Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
 
Purpose of the job
To manage, maintain and ensure the smooth running of the Division by providing efficient and effective secretarial and support functions.

Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Executive: Policy, Research and Analysis and their responsibilities will include: ● Secretarial Support ● Diary Management ● Organising functions and meetings ● Correspondence management ● Administrative/Office Support.
 
Qualifications and Experience ● Relevant Advanced Certificate (NQF 5) in Secretarial / Office Administration or related fields ● Relevant 3 years National Diploma from accredited educational institutions (NQF 6) will be an added advantage ● A minimum of 5 years relevant administrative and/or secretarial experience ● Must be computer literate at an advanced level.
