JOB TITLE Debtors Officer
JOB LEVEL : C1
SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R352,861.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
 
Purpose of the job
To capture daily bank statements and invoices on time. Conducting collections, clearing suspense accounts, and preparing transfers to National Revenue Fund and resolve customer queries.
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Supervisor: Debtors and the responsibilities include: ● Daily Capturing of bank statements ● Daily Capturing of Invoices ● Capturing applications for Electronic Communications ● Preparing Transfers to National Revenue Fund ● Clearing of prepaid accounts ● Reporting ● Customer queries ● Resolving audit queries.
 
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● 3 (Three) year National Diploma or degree with accounting as a subject or relevant (NQF L7) ● 3 years relevant experience ● 3-5 professional experience ● 4-6 years work experience ● Dealing with internal and external auditors ● Database management ● Excel proficiency.
