Duties: ŸCleaning offices corridors, elevators and boardrooms by: Dusting and waxing office furniture, Sweeping, scrubbing and waxing of floors, Vacuuming and shampooing floors, Cleaning walls, windows and floors, Emptying and cleaning of dirt bins, Collecting and removing of waste papers and Freshen the office areas
ŸClean general kitchens by, Cleaning of basins and Wash and keep stock of kitchen utensilsŸCleaning the restrooms by:, Refilling hand wash liquid soap, Replace toilet papers hand towels and refreshners, Empty and wash waste bins
ŸKeep and maintain cleaning materials and equipments, Report broken cleaning    machines, Cleaning of machines (microwares, Vacuum Cleaners) and equipment after use, Request cleaning materials.

Duties: ŸMaintain premises and surroundings, Clean premises, surroundings and empty dirt binsŸ Maintain the garden, Watering the garden, Prune and trim flowers and trees, Mow the grass, Remove weeds and garden refuse , Apply insecticides and cultivate the soil for trees and flowersŸ Maintain gardening equipment and tools Ÿ Detect and report malfunctioning of gardening equipment and toolsŸ Repair minor defects of gardening equipment and tools ŸWash college vehicles ŸLoading, off-loading and movement of goods, stock and assets.
