SENIOR MANAGER: INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT SERVICES 
GRADE 19: 5 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT (TOTAL COST TO COMPANY) 
 
The incumbent shall be responsible for the management and delivery of the infrastructure portfolio under the ECDC management. The role entails business development, client partnerships directed at maintaining an infrastructure programme portfolio pipeline; leading directing planning for infrastructure programme execution; formulating and overseeing the implementation of the infrastructure procurement strategy; monitoring and reporting on infrastructure programme delivery; managing client relations and stakeholder expectations; managing services billing, revenue collection and service queries; driving infrastructure programme delivery capabilities development; and the establishment and overseeing of infrastructure planning, development and management advisory services. The infrastructure portfolio consists of client managed programmes for which the ECDC provides programme and/or project management services, as well as ECDC internal infrastructure programmes involving bulk maintenance, large scale refurbishments, and green fields development. 
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification and a bachelor’s degree in build environment, preferably civil engineering. 
  • A minimum of 8 years working experience of which at least 5 years must be at management or senior consultant level within an infrastructure delivery management environment. 
  • Professional registration (PMP and/or Pr CPM) is a requirement. 
  • Professional accreditation such as a Pr. Eng. shall be an added advantage. 
  • Ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels is a must.
