Minimum requirements: An appropriate recognised Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Level 8 post-graduate qualification in a management-related field Minimum of 5-10 years’ work experience in enterprise development, of which at least 3 years in a senior management position Knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship highly commendable Expertise in business management A valid driver’s licence.

Duties: Manage an incubator that will include an innovation and technical centres Encourage an environment of innovative thinking and commercialisation of innovative ideas Coordinate and monitor initiatives for the incubation service offering Plan, coordinate, organise, and spearhead efforts to recruit and locate office, technology, and industrial users; ensuring appropriate equipment and materials are available for the successful operations related to these efforts Recruiting youth and entrepreneurs into the programmes and other related duties. 
 

 
 
INFRASTRUCTURE AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER (3 YEARS CONTRACT) 
Salary: R 334 545.00 p.a. benefits excluded

Minimum requirements: •A relevant recognised Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in infrastructure and maintenance and a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in infrastructure and maintenance of which 2 years must be at supervisory level •Knowledge and understanding of PFMA as well as Building Regulations •Good financial and budget skills •Experience in utilizing project equipment and keeping them safe •Expertise in executing what the project requires •Risk management experience in project management •Comprehensive knowledge of important elements of project management, i.e. the project description, the project span , quality, needed resources, possible risk, relevant regulations and guidelines, most viable options, relevant tools, and methods available for execution •Sound analytical skills with good communication, both written and verbal •Computer literacy •A valid driver’s licence. 
 
Duties: •Manage different tasks in the quest of completing a project/job package •Responsible for the flow of information form the college level project owner (the organizational point where the service/project is requested) to the team regarding the project •Spell out rules and standard of the regulatory agencies to the working team •Make provisions for the progress of the project •Make the arrangement for projects documentation on the recommendation and specification of the Department and ensure that specifications are met •Ensure that the procedure, rules, regulations, and promulgated laws governing project management are well adhered to •Meet the project owner, ensure that appropriate specification are set, or make a higher standard •Meet with the team and ensure that each member is given an opportunity to make suggestions regarding the execution of the project •Make arrangement for the project completion based on specifications of the project owner •Put a proficient team together to achieve the purpose of the work in a changing circumstance and fixed circumstance, and in a responsive circumstance using leadership and management expertise •Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and roundup assigned projects •Suggest strategies of achieving the project goals to the owner •Audit the work of clients to ensure quality control and value for money on building projects •Visit building sites to monitor progress and perform financial control and other related duties.

Duties: Manage the implementation, negotiation and monitoring of asset programs Monitor maintenance of asset register, ensuring that it is always update Manage Physically verification of assets and ensure that all assets are bar coded Reporting on any assets missing Computation of the depreciation and reconciling the asset register with the ledger Manage preparation of the asset disclosure note for the financial statements •Manage implementation and adherence to transport regulations, circular and transport policy •Control of college fleet and perform other related duties.
