Duties: · Manage Soft Skills Department. · Ensure properly planned induction of employees dealing with projects ·Ensure new employees understand the college’s mission. Goals, values and philosophy; personnel practices, health and safety rules, and of course what is expected of them with clear methods · Induction training plan must be issued to each new employees. · Support and encourage employees to manage their own learning in order that they may maximize their potential, develop their skills and improve their performance. · Document and identify the terms of the agreement as it relates to each contractor and services to be provided. · Ensure that the contract outlines the rights and obligations of each party and minimize the financial risk and loss due to a breach of contract. · Agree and document the method to resolve disputes with funding partners · Ensure that contracts include properly outlined confidentiality clauses. · Assist with financial planning and financial control of both departments and sourcing of funds for Occupational programmes. ·Consolidate ideas and solicit the Campus Managers approval before creating specifications. · Customize each specification to fit each project. · Ensure both parties agree on project goals and should review the goals during meetings to prevent project scope creep and ensure that the service meets its intended targets. · Build a Requirement Traceability Matrix by ensuring that the project’s scope, requirements and deliverables remain intact throughout the project. · Set Priorities, boundaries and limitations. · Review project progress against expected milestones, timelines and costs. ·Provide direction to the project team. · Highlight pending scheduled tasks.

The programme aims at exposing unemployed young graduates to workplace practices in order to maximize their chances of being employed. Only graduates between the ages of 18 and 35 years are legible to apply.
An intern will be paid a stipend of R 6 000.00 per month.
