Requirements:
- NCV level 4 in primary agriculture or Grade 12 certificate with Agriculture
- Experience in working on the farm or with animals and plants
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as a team
Key Performance Areas:
- Feeding livestock.
- Looking after the welfare of animals.
- Cleaning and maintaining the facilities.
- Taking care of crops.
- Assisting students with practicals in Plant Production and Animal Production
- Liaise with the Local Animal Technician on animal health
- Recording and keeping production records for stock and sales
- Reporting any anomalies to the supervisor
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
