The Eastern Cape Department of Transport- Government Fleet Management Services Trading Entity calls on all independent, suitably qualified and interested persons to serve as a member of its Audit Committee for a period of three (3) years with effect from 01 December 2020. 
 
AC Member Minimum Requirements: A tertiary qualification in Fleet Management/Transport Operations. A candidate must have operated at an executive level of an organization for a minimum of three (3) years. Understanding of the regulatory framework governing public sector and fleet industry is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fleet management services. 
 
Competencies: *independent and knowledgeable with experience in participating in governance structures * able to dedicate time to the activities of the Audit Committee*have strong analytical abilities, and good communication skills.
