COMPANIES TRIBUNAL
Companies Tribunal is an agency of the dtic established in terms of the Companies Act 71 of 2008. The Tribunal's mandate is to adjudicate applications made in terms of the Act by reviewing decisions made by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and serve as a forum for alternative dispute resolution in any matter arising under the Act.
FINANCE PRACTITIONER / OFFICER
Centre: Pretoria
• Ref: 03/2020
• Remuneration: Negotiable (C4 Level — Paterson)
Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer payroll process• Collect and process inputs for payroll• Maintain creditors' register and ledger •Monthly and weekly reconciliation of ledger accounts • Procure and purchase goods• • Ensure compliance to SCM Legislations• Administer end-to-end quotation process• Provide secretariat services to the Bid committees• Maintain petty cash register • payment of suppliers.
Job requirements: •Degree in Accounting or related field • 5 years' related experience • Knowledge of VIP and Pastel •Advanced Excel • Microsoft Office applications• PFMA• PPPFA• Treasury Regulations• GRAP
