DIRECTORATE: CORPORATE SERVICES
JUNIOR LEGAL ADVISOR
DEPARTMENT: Legal and Administration POST LEVEL: 05 SALARY SCALE: R445 9381 R457 140 / R468 621 p.a. (excluding benefits)

Requirements: Post matric qualification: LLB or relevant B. Degree in Law or relevant equivalent qualification (NOF 8). 3 -.5 years' relevant experience within the legal field. Experience in local government and good understanding of local government systems and processes will be an added advantage. Computer literacy (MS Office). Valid Code B Driver's Licence.
Key performance areas: Advise Council on legal matters; Compile reports to Council relating to legal matters; Compilation of legal documents including tender documents, by-laws, contracts etc. Training in respect of legislation and labour disputes.

FLEET SUPPORT OFFICER
DEPARTMENT: Fleet Management Services POST LEVEL: 06 SALARY SCALE: R384 300 / R403 851 / R424 362 p.a. (excluding benefits) BENEFITS

Requirements: Post matric qualification: National Diploma / Degree in Fleet Management / Transportation Management / Public Administration or relevant equivalent qualification (NQF 6/7). 3-5 years' experience in fleet operations and/or administration. Knowledge of Municipal Systems, Municipal Finance, Supply Chain Systems, fleet contract management and Project management. Computer literacy (MS Office) is essential. Valid Code B driver's licence.
Key performance areas: Provide administrative and technical support to fleet operations and/or services, Make inputs in the Planning and Budgeting for the fleet department. Implementation of fleet management policy and fleet management sourcing strategy. Procurement of fleet & fleet related services. Fleet Contract administration. Registration, Licensing and deregistration of fleet. Administrative support to fleet end user departments. Safe keeping and maintenance of fleet assets register, Driver Management, Monitoring and/or administration of fleet and fuel utilisation, Traffic fine administration, Accident claims administration and data management.
