1. Department: Citizen Relationship and Urban Management 
Branch: Augmented Field Services 
Designation: Officer: Administration x 2 
Salary Range: R20 908.74 pm (basic salary excluding benefits)
 
Appointment Requirements: 
• Grade 12 / NQF level 4 is required. 
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in administrative environment / similar role. 
• Computer literacy (MS Office) Applications. 
 
Primary Function: Render and efficient and effective general administrative function necessary for effective office management. 
 
Key Performance Areas: Provide administrative support in the office of the Group Head to render an effective support service, thus ensuring that the department meets the goals and objectives of the department.
Manage service maintenance and rental contracts pertaining to photocopiers. Execute tasks / activities associate with the provision of telecommunication supports and IT related issues. Execute tasks / activities associated with the provision and maintenance of assets (inventory). Provide general support. Render an effective and efficient general administrative support service in support of the strategic objectives of the City.
