Appointment Requirements:
• Grade 12 / NQF level 4 plus National Diploma in Accounting / Finance (NQF Level 6).
• Two (2) years relevant Accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Accounting / Finance concepts and functions.

Primary Function: To ensure that the implementation of key performance policies and procedures in Debtors section are performed according to the financial reporting processes.
Key Performance Areas: Ensure compliance and implementation of the policies and procedures. Implement debtor’s processes. Assist in maintaining that the accurate tenant database is available to Region and for reporting purposes.

Appointment Requirements:
• A degree in the Property Management / Arts/ Commence / Business Administration / Public Administration / Development Studies (NQF level 7).
• Seven (7) – eight (8) years’ experience in the Social Housing Sector or Municipal Rental Housing Sector or Private Rental Sector of which five (5) years should be at Senior Management level.
Primary Function: In conjunction with Director Housing Stock Management, Manage a portfolio type of public rental stock. Develop and implement an Annual Repairs and Maintenance Plan, according to allocated budgets and qualification requirements.

Primary Function: Assess and process clinics’ drug orders in accordance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) regulations. Render a support pharmaceutical service in the medicine store and the pre-packaging unit. May perform duties prescribed under the direct personal supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Key Performance Areas: Monitor, evaluate and control medicine procurement, storage and distribution. Manage, supervise, monitor coordinate effective dispensing and distribution of medicine. Ensure distribution, redistribution / rotation of stock, to support facilities according to protocol and protocol and procedures. Promote health education in school, communities and clinics. Plan, organize and monitor administrative systems in place. Ensure stock control in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for receipts, storage and disposal of expired and obsolete stock. Monitor, control, evaluate and implement appropriate financial and management systems and internal controls.
