SHORT TERM CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT - (STC)

 
The City of Johannesburg (CoJ), Office of the Ombudsman has the following short term contractopportunity for a period NOT exceeding three (3) months.
 
 
The details are as follows:
 
Department: Office of the Ombudsman
Branch: Various Units
Designation: Programme Administrator
Salary range: R14 240.70 cost to company per month
 
Appointment Requirements:
• Matric/NQF level 4;
• Computer literacy;
• 1 — 2 years' relevant experience in administrative work; and
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
 
Primary Function: Provide administrative support to the various units within the Office of the Ombudsman in terms of conditions, standards and procedure in relation to documentation and record keeping (manual and electronic).
 
 
Key Performance Areas: Coordinate procedural requirements associated with complaints intake, registry and investigations initiatives. Record keeping of documentation according to prescribed guidelines of the Office of the Ombudsman and City of Johannesburg. Perform general clerical duties and render support to specific functional areas.
 
Leading Competencies: Must be able to work under pressure; Work independently and make decision; Accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.
 
Core Competencies: Customer and Service Delivery Management (Batho Pele) Ethics, Integrity and Professionalism, Impact and Influence and Confidentiality. Good interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written). Project management, coordinating, communication, time management skills.
