NO: 51/2019 MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS: Grade 12 plus Public Administration Degree or equivalent qualification NQF Level 7 • Excellent Computer Skills — Microsoft Office (Basic) DRIVERS LICENCE:Valid driver's license EXPERIENCE: 5 years' and above working experience in municipal managerial position DUTIES: Advise the MM regarding planning, implementation and compliance with relevant legislative prescriptions • Monitor implementation of council's resolutions emanating from meetings • Planning, priorities activities as directed by the Municipal Manager with other supporting managers in response to community needs, employees and municipal needs • Liase internally and externally on service delivery matters referred to the office of the Municipal Manager • Cascade directives from the Municipal Manager to all other levels in order to ensure synergy and delivery in key organizational areas • Ensuring that all resolutions which are to be executed by the Municipal Manager are executed and portfolio of evidence • Manage and conduct information research for the Municipal Manager • Monitor and supervise activities of Service Delivery Units. OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MANAGER COMPLIANCE OFFICER SALARY SCALE: R347 734.08 - 374 574.84 PA REF.
