Position Purpose

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme aims to provide recently  qualified apprentices ( with a red seal)  with practical work experience allowing them to apply their academic and vocational or practical knowledge in a real-world environment. This programme is designed to enhance participants' employability by  offering hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a period of 24 months

 

Position Outputs

Perform routine maintenance and repairs. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Document work performed and report to supervisors.

 

Qualifications and Experience

• Carpentry Trade Test Certificate • Trade tested within the past 4 years • Youth between 18 and 35 years • Less than 1 years’ experience

 

Competencies

Beginner: Basic understanding of tools and safety procedures. Intermediate: Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision. Advanced: Expert-level skills, capable of supervising and training others.

Position Purpose

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Organisational Development, Public Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Organisation Design, Organisational Development,

Human Resources, Workforce Planning, or a related discipline.

• Experience in organisational restructuring and operating model design.

• Experience in developing organisational structures and job profiles.

• Experience facilitating job evaluation processes.

• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and governance committees

• Requirement of trust and honesty in the handling of Finances as per the National Credit Act Amendment 19.

Position Purpose

 

A Change and Communication Specialist helps an organisation successfully implement changes by ensuring that employees understand what is changing, why it is changing, how it affects them, and what they need to do differently.


To plan, coordinate and implement change management and communication interventions that enable successful adoption of organisational changes, minimise resistance, maintain employee engagement and ensure that stakeholders are informed, aligned and equipped to transition effectively to new ways of working.

 

Position Outputs

Organisation Transformation & Change

• Support the development and implementation of Organisation Transformation, Change and Communication strategies and plans.

• Research best practices and develop change programmes that support organisational performance and transformation.

• Partner with People Management teams and business stakeholders to implement and embed change initiatives.

Change Readiness & Organisational Effectiveness

• Conduct change readiness and capability assessments and facilitate relevant workshops and interventions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A 4 year Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Humanities or Psychology.

• Minimum of 8-10 years’ practical experience in Human Resources, of which 3 must have been in consulting or at management level.

• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing change programmes and initiatives in a medium to large organisation.

• Requirement of trust and honesty in the handling of finances as per the National Credit Act Amendment 19.
