Key Performance Areas: Firearms Enforcement Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the National Investigation Team (NIT), Coastal Regions and Prosecutions Department. Prepare and process dockets, affidavits, charge sheets, summonses, subpoenas, court registers and related correspondence in compliance with legislation. Register and audit new dockets, verify supporting documentation (including previous convictions), and track case progress through to finalisation. The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA), with its head office in Centurion, is the statutory body regulating the private security industry in South Africa. PSiRA is seeking dynamic, experienced, and suitably qualified professionals to fill the following challenging position. The Authority intends to promote representativity through the filling of these positions. Maintain records, inspection book registers and compile weekly, monthly and year-end performance statistics. ? Inspection & Docket Management: Review inspection reports for accuracy and compliance. Register and update new cases, audit docket details and validity of charges, attach supporting documentation, and prepare documentation for prosecution.
