COMPULSORY CLARIFICATION MEETING

Compulsory clarification meeting to be held on 16 July 2026 at 11:00, Marite Community Hall, Marite Area (Next to Marite Satellite Police Station), Mpumalanga Province. Direction can be obtained from Colonel Mogale 082 573 5934 or Rita Matsane 072 481 2526 Latecomers will not be allowed.

CIDB GRADING REQUIRED

1. Bidders must have a CIDB grading of 8GB (General Building Works) or higher.

2. Bidders must obtain a minimum functionality score of 60% to be considered and further evaluated in terms of price and preference points. Tenderers who fail to obtain at least 60% for functionality, will be regarded as non-responsive and will be disqualified.
