Assess and report on the condition of the infrastructure. Technical evaluation of professional service providers’ and contractors’ bids. Supervise the service providers to deliver the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance program for the College infrastructure. Efficiently attend to all maintenance requests and infrastructure facility management in the operational standards and ensure the ongoing performance and reliability of the assets. Compile annual maintenance plan for the College. Submit monthly and quarterly capital infrastructure efficiency grants report to DHET. Key Performance Areas: Recruitment of learners. Administer the induction of learners. Ensuring portfolio of evidence of facilitators/learners are compiled for compliance with the Quality Councils. Ensure that assessment reports received are processed and safely filed. Ensure that the leaners are registered and assessment results are uploaded on the SETA/QCTO information systems. Identify relevant workplaces and ensure compliance with SETA/QCTO requirements. Handling the certification of learners with the relevant ETQA. Conduct monitoring during theory and workplace learning. Prepare invoice for the funders. Consolidating reports for monthly or scheduled reporting. Assist in the compilation of report on finances of the project to funder. Prepare draft Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement (MoU/MoA) or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for service providers. Assist to verify alignment of final implementation plan/business plan of the approved project versus the approved project budget.
