PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
 
.ZADNA is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to provide essential support on project management processes, procedures, tools, and techniques to project managers and their teams. This role involves using project management software, developing and maintaining project plans, tracking and reporting progress, and ensuring effective project documentation. 
The role reports to Project Manager. 
 
Key responsibilities: 
  • Provide support on project management processes, procedures, tools, and techniques to project managers and their teams. 
  • Utilise project management software for the development, production, and maintenance of project plans, including time, resource, cost, and exception plans. 
  • Track and report the progress and performance of one or more ICT projects, including those performed by third parties under contract. 
  • Maintain programme and/or project files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. 
  • Analyse project performance and maintain metric data and estimating models to support project evaluation and improvement. 
  • Administer project change management, ensuring all changes are documented, assessed, and implemented effectively. 
  • Coordinate with project managers to provide timely and accurate information to support decision-making processes. 
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders. 
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. 
                                     
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field. 
  • Certification in project management such as PMP is an added advantage. 
 
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably within the ICT sector. 
 
Related Knowledge, Competencies and Skills 
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). 
  • Strong planning, organisational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • High standards of ethics and integrity in handling confidential information.

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
 
.ZADNA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our Projects team. The primary responsibility of the role is to support the project team regarding contract modifications, compliance, payments, reports and any other duties related to the project. The Project Accountant is expected to occasionally travel to project sites for job status review meetings. 
Role reports to the Executive Manager: Finance 
 
Key responsibilities: 
  • Manage all accounting-related functions for assigned projects. 
  • Assist project teams with any questions or needs related to the accounting department.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and compliance for assigned projects. 
  • Understand compliance requirements for assigned projects.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar.

  • Proficient in data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor payments. 
  • Good planning, organising and attention to detail. 
  • Must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and high standards of ethics in dealing with sensitive or confidential information. 
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
